Use What You Have

Trust God for the rest ……

Little by little things are turning about. This past week I wasn’t able to workout the way I wanted. Instead I was able to focus on my relationship with food.

This was challenging and I thank God for seeing me through. I want to help others who are struggling with obesity to understand that you don’t have to wait until you have everything. You can use what you have the simple things and trust God for the rest.

People fail to understand that often times obesity can bring so much more. Low self esteem, depression, further health problems such as diabetes, and so much more.

    1. Your welcome you know this is something I just started doing. I realized that I was actually abusing my relationship with food overeating, making poor choices. God helped me to understand that for better health I needed to change the relationship I have with food
