Changing My Relationship With Food….Pictures

I took out time to meal prep because simply put it helps me to stay on track.

Breakfast Quiche with eggs, cheese, mushrooms and jalapeños I may have walked away from the kitchen
Lunch Tuna Salad made with Tuna, celery, jalapeños, green onions, and mayonnaise. I also added lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado to my 12 grain bread.
Dinner Soup using a mixture of beans, squash, onions, chicken broth, celery, and spinach. I topped it off with diced tomatoes, onions, avocado, cheese, Spanish “cracker” and yummy.
