Morning Workout

It’s wee hours of the morning and I’ve already been up over an hour. I can’t sleep, I’ve read my word, prayed, and I’m currently listening to worship music.

Have not listened to this song in some time. Perhaps someone needs to hear it so I wanted to share.

I’m sitting here with an urge to get my workout in early. I mean I’m already awake so let’s get it done.

Sit-ups for starters because I’m ready to include this into my workout.

Planks for starters I’m only going to do a few secs each interval.

Mountain Climbing definitely going to take some work. The good thing is that practice makes perfect 👍.

Finally Leg Lower I’m thinking after this I may be able to sleep a bit longer after I shower (let’s see).

If no one has told you God loves you and so do I.
