Wow I have been anticipating this for a few days. I’m focusing on cooking more healthier foods. Rather I want to learn to prepare my food in a healthier way.

Yams with bell peppers

Today I cooked yams with bell peppers, fish baked in the oven, and cabbage (let me tell you this was a hit).

Prepping for my cabbage

While I was preparing everything to cook (I vlogged the entire thing and you’ll be able to check it out on my YouTube Channel ). It was on my heart and mind to incorporate something I’m not used to putting in my cabbage.

I sautéed my onions, bell peppers, ginger, and onion for a few mins. This was my preparation for my cabbage

I’m so happy I listened, because let me tell you. The cabbage came out so yummy.

My finished product (cabbage) I added something different
The fish lightly seasoned with Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
